With our complimentary Click & Collect service, you can place your order and collect it from your chosen store in your geo location.

How do I collect my order?

  • Bring your 'Ready to Collect' email – this can be printed or displayed on your phone.
  • Bring a valid passport, photo driving licence or the payment card used to purchase the order. Note —

Can’t collect yourself?

  • If you aren't able to collect your order yourself and payment was made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Gift Card or e-Voucher, then you can ask someone to collect your order for you. They will need a copy of your 'Ready to Collect' email and either their passport or driving licence. Unfortunately, if your order contains BOUCHERON, BREITLING, CARTIER, CHANEL Fine Jewellery and Watches, CHAUMET, CHOPARD, DE BEERS, HUBLOT, TIFFANY & CO Fine Jewellery and Watches and VAN CLEEF & ARPELS products then this is not possible and you must collect your order yourself.

Can't make the date?

  • We don't want you to miss out, so our patner stores will keep your order in store for 7 days. If your order isn't collected within 7 days, then it will be returned and refunded.

UK Delivery


We support reliable local delivery services which is why we use Royal Mail for most UK Deliveriies. With royal mail standard service, you can expect a signed for service delivered to your chosen location.You need never worry about a missed parcel ever again, with the following available with every delivery

·      Delivery to a neighbour

·      Leave your parcel in safe place

·      Collect from a local Royal Mail pickup store

For a small additional fee, you can upgrade to our tracked service which gives you visibility allowing you to track your parcel from dispatch to delivery. 

*UK deliveries to certain postcodes in the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands can take up to eight working days to be delivered. These postcodes are affected: GY9–10, HS1–HS9, KW15–KW17, PA41–61, TR21–25, ZE1–ZE3, ZE–ALL.

International Delivery

Orders shipped to Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered by DHL. To track or make changes to your delivery, you can contact  DHL directly through their apps.

With almost everything on available for International Delivery, you can send your order to over 130 countries and regions around the world, including North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Delivery of Beauty products to the European Union:

Due to changes in regulations, we are currently unable to deliver any cosmetics products to countries in the European Union.

From 1 January 2021, additional duty charges will apply on orders to European countries.

After you have selected your delivery option, you will be given an estimated delivery date at checkout. You will then receive a following confirmation email with this date

Please note: the above charges may vary depending on your delivery location. An extra charge of £10 will be added to the delivery price for fragrances delivered internationally.

Delivery restrictions

There are some products that are unavailable for International Delivery. This can be due to reasons such as legal restrictions, warranties or logistical limitations that prevent us from sending products outside of the UK. This affects products such as technology, fragrance (delivered outside of Europe), aerosols and fresh produce.

Also, in some cases, some countries restrict the import of specific product categories. This includes products such as alcohol to China, the Middle East, Turkey and America as well as cosmetics to China. We will always notify you if we are unable to deliver any item to your chosen delivery country or region.


In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order on our courier's website.
